- October Update and Autumn Sale - 1 October 2026
Dear Players,October is upon us, and it brings some cool stuff! First, the Steam Autumn Sale is here, and Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox will be available at a 20% discount during the sale.Second, the first major game update is in progress. It significantly improves the overall visual quality while also optimizing the game’s file size. In addition, it adds short extensions to the massage scene and the first mission with Andrew. These extensions introduce a few different camera angles to certain scenes and let you choose the angle, just as you can during some other scenes later in the game.More extensions like these are planned for the future. However, the current priority is to improve the overall quality. Unfortunately, this takes time, so the update may not arrive until the end of the month.

- One Week After Launch — Steam Release Summary and Oil Baron Update - 7 August 2026
Dear Players, It has been one week since release, so it is time to talk about the future, Oil Baron, and address some of the criticism.Overall, the Steam launch went well—really well. I want to thank everyone who decided to play Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox and support the game. Your support means a lot.First, let’s address some of the feedback. On Steam, the game has been exposed to a much larger audience, and naturally, there has been a wide range of feedback.“AI slop” — There is not much to comment on here. I am not sure why people who strongly dislike AI pursue a game that openly uses it. It is what it is. AI, in one form or another, is going to be present in more and more games. That does not mean it is capable of doing everything on its own—far from it. When it comes to complex work, it cannot do much without human involvement. But as a tool, it provides a lot of new possibilities,…

We still have a little more than a month to go, and during this period the game's visibility is quite high, so it is definitely an achievable goal. Let's do it together.Otherwise, development is in full production and right on schedule. Everything should be ready before release day without any delays. On the desert a few previews from the final build. C&V

Hello Dear Players,I am happy to announce that Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox officially arrives on Steam on 31.07.2026.Previously, I announced that the planned release window was June. - Release Month - 11 March 2026
Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox — Coming June 2026!I am excited to announce that Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox will officially arrive on Steam in June 2026. I expect to launch at the very start of the month, with a specific release date being shared roughly 30 days before. The Vision: A Serialized ReleaseInstead of the originally planned Early Access, I have decided to release the game in a serialized format. Dancing Fox will launch as Part One, offering a substantial, standalone experience that sets the stage for the chapters to come. From the Dawn of AI to Advanced AnimationThis project began in late 2024 at the "dawn" of AI-powered animation. Part One captures that evolutionary journey and serves as our foundation. Looking ahead, future parts will feature even more advanced animations and high-stakes action.Steam Achievements: I am happy to confirm that Achievements are coming to the game!Than…
- Almost There - 16 January 2026
Dear Players,Soon, I’ll be applying for Steam approval for an Early Access release. At this stage, it’s hard to say exactly when the release will happen. The plan is to release Episode 2 in its entirety. Currently, about 60–70% of it is ready and will be released on Patreon. With the version I have now, I’ll apply for approval, and hopefully, while the review process is ongoing, I’ll be able to complete the remaining content before release. I’ll also need to reserve some time for promotion, such as allowing curators enough time to prepare their reviews. There is still some polishing work left to do.First, the very first scene in the game (which is also part of the demo) requires revision. It was created at the very beginning of AI video models, and it doesn’t look as good compared to newer scenes. Some other scenes, especially in the Prologue, will also receive visual revisions. The non-m…
- Progress Update (Christmas) - 26 December 2025
Dear Players,First of all, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I hope you are all in good health and in a stable economic situation during the holiday season.I’d like to share a short update on how things are going. At this point, I’ve more or less completed all the planned renders for the upcoming release. Some of them are already animated and implemented in the game, but there’s still quite a lot of work left to do.As I mentioned before, this time I’m developing the episode without voicing at first. However, based on what I have now, it simply doesn’t feel the same. The final decision on whether to release anything without voice will be made later, once everything is finished, but for now I’m quite reluctant to do so.I’ve also been thinking about possibly revisiting Episode 1 at some point. I feel that the massage scenes are a bit lackluster compared to what’s coming next, and…
- December News - 13 December 2025
Dear Players,Sherine has some news to share. The next episode (Episode 2) is now in production. All preliminary preparations are already done, including characters, environments, and outfits. What remains is finishing the script and animating everything. Voicing, however, requires a bit more consideration. At the current stage of AI development, voice production is the most time-consuming part. Because of this, Episode 2 will initially be developed without voice, and we’ll see how things progress from there. That said, Steam is the next big step, and the game simply doesn’t feel the same without full voicing. It’s not something I’m willing to give up easily just to speed things up.As for the Steam release, everything is still going according to plan—unless Steam decides to introduce unexpected changes. There has been some discussion recently about adult games potentially not being allowe…
- Episode 1 is publicaly released - 29 November 2025
Dear Players,I am releasing Episode 1 publicly today. You can find it on our Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/c/arctic_studioThe reason it is not released as a demo is because I want the Steam demo to remain short, just as it is now. This is also the last public release. We will launch on Steam once Episode 2 is ready. More details on that will come later.
- Updated demo is live - 3 October 2025
Dear Players,As promised, the demo has received a small update that adds one extra scene, integrated seamlessly into the Prologue. This scene also gives a glimpse of the improved lip-sync system. Since the core of the Prologue was created back in 2024—at the dawn of AI animation tools—this addition highlights just how much progress has been made. The update does slightly increase the game’s size, as the new scene uses higher-quality video that I didn’t want to overly compress. Don’t worry—the overall game size will be optimized later, closer to release. The next big step is the Steam release, which we’re aiming for early 2026 (January/February). As a reminder, the game will launch in Early Access, meaning it will be updated episode by episode—much like a TV series. My goal is to have at least three episodes ready for you to play at launch:Prologue – ~30 minutesEpisode 1 – ~50 minutesEpiso…
