Hey guys! Some great things in v.12: Added player profiles, with saved names, colors and control styles! Remap the buttons to anything you'd like! Removed some weapons that were not performing well over the net. A few graphics tweaks and simplification of the menus. Coming soon: New game mode! (Race) New Map! Added: Ability to choose between Arcade and Free controls. Free changes the left stick to a steering wheel, with the directions always being relative to the car. Arcade is still "headless" mode. Free also makes RT accel and LT reverse. As you might be aware, having to remap the face buttons to the other functions would make aiming the turret and firing with your right thumb impossible. So, fire is X and Alt-Fire is Right Trigger button. Try it out and let me know what you think. Local games behave like private lobbies with no countdown timer to ready up. Here's what's coming soon for DeathCrank. Be sure to chime in here to help influence what is next! New Map! We have a map used during development with some environment hazards. Just need to spruce it up visually and we're good to go. Ability to join games in progress. Change private lobbies to visible but locked with password. Race game mode. This is a big one! The logic works perfectly local, needs to be refined for net play. Give option for traditional vehicle-game controls. That is, ability for LT and RT for accel and reverse, and ability for Left Stick to steer according to the car's orientation (e.g. left on the stick is left on screen when travelling up on screen, but right if travelling down on screen). Bind custom controls. Keyboard and mouse controls (one per local of course). Add icons and more visible visual aids for currently loaded weapon, or power-up. Just so you know, we'…

v.10 Fixed issue making it impossible to back out of local play if 2 controllers are not plugged in Fixed round end music volume issue Fixed ctf flags spawning multiple times if you are frozen while carrying a flag Fixed flamethrower sound not stopping if a net player ran out of ammo or picked up another weapon There is no longer a countdown in private lobbies when two or more players join, only public lobbies v.09 Fixed CTF mode As always, the feedback from players is really important. Please add yourself to the game community and find others who are playing to do some multiplayer combat! My favorite is 2v2 CTF, it's just about the most fun you can have as a human. As promised, today's update brings a lobby browser to the game! Start a private game for your friends to join, or join an open lobby easily. All you have to do to create a lobby and play with your friends is enter a lobby name and the game does the rest. Private games will not be listed in the browser.
