About this game
Spell Divers is a fast-paced, top-down roguelike where every attack is a spell cast through arrow-key combos. Master your inputs, chain elemental effects, and adapt your build to survive increasingly dangerous arenas. Each floor is a compact, themed room filled with enemies that grow tougher and more numerous over time. Foes are multi-typed, with unique resistances, weaknesses, and abilities that test both your spell knowledge and your reflexes. Every spell belongs to an element — Fire, Ice, Water, Earth, Air, Light, Dark, or Poison — and each has its own stacking rules and special mechanics. Burn ticks decay over time, Ice freezes enemies at five stacks and can be shattered for burst damage, Poison reduces enemy attack power, Water both heals and empowers allies, and more. As you collect spells during a run, your elemental identity shifts, making you stronger in some areas but more vulnerable in others. Progression comes from both skill and adaptation: spell cooldowns force you to rotate abilities, while leveling up unlocks buffs that can speed up casting, amplify elemental effects, boost mobility, or stack raw damage into devastating combos.
