  It's finally here!!Blackwood Division has reached enough polish to release it. Compared to the demo you will have lots of content to chew through:Perks - By playing the game you can unlock perks, mix and match them to add special effects to a game that will help you during a session a lot!Aliens! - The official enemy faction is now here, battle against new units and building with unique abilities! • AI Update, Perks - 4 October 2025

  Hello again!We have just a small update for you today!This is the final update before the Steam Next Fest, so for this we made sure to polish some existing things:AI overhaul, hopefully enemies will feel more fair and like an actual challenge nowPerk system! This is not available in the demo, but it features selectable perks that will modify your gameplay.UI changes, just to tie things together and make the ui standardizedBugfixes and optimizations as always. Decals were causing crashes on starting a new game, this is fixed now, and placing buildings in some specific spots were also causing issues. Hopefully you will encounter that less frequently now.Share and Wishlist the game to help us deliver more updates

• Content Update, Rebranding - 16 September 2025

  Hello everyone!We are here once again, but now with our first content update!We have a bunch of new content for the demo that you will have to check out to find!We will just list a few things that are relevant for the major point of this update, which is rebranding!Blackwood Division now has a new face, logos, headers, etc...   Hello, everyoneCurrently 700 of you have claimed the demo of the game, which is way more than I thought! Big thanks :)Also thanks for everyone who has wishlisted the game!I wanted to talk a bit about what can you expect following the release of Blackwood Division.Many bugfixes of course, like hit effects not showing correctly, and also a sneak peek of the next update:As you can see I am working a big boy to cause havoc on your troops! This is a small part of my current efforts to implement meta progression into the game! I feel like this a crucial element that is currently missing from it, and the challenges and necronomicon just doesn't fulfill that role.As for a release schedule, no clue. Updates will be a surprise for you and for me as well, but I'm hoping that I can get out the next update before release. No promises!Until next time!GlassTower
