  We want to take a moment to openly address the use of AI-generated voices in Hollow Stories: Lockdown. The English voices currently in the game are placeholders. We are not native English speakers, and as a fully self-funded indie team, we did not have the budget to hire professional voice actors at this stage of development. The AI voices were used strictly as a temporary solution to make the experience more accessible and coherent for English-speaking players. Thanks to the incredible support of the community and everyone who believes in the potential of this project, we are already planning to replace all AI-generated voices with real voice actors in the full version of the game.
