Hi! Builders of the Past here. We’re a small team of developers inspired by the history of Ancient Egypt, and it led us to developing Lands of Ma’at — a city-building simulator where your goal is to construct Great Pyramid. And the process of construction isn’t abstract — you will build Great Pyramid literally stone by stone. Every block is real, and you’ll witness every single one being placed with your own eyes. Historically the pyramids were built from limestone blocks quarried nearby and then somehow lifted to the top. Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact method used by the Egyptians. So for Lands of Ma’at we’ve slightly adapted the approach described by Herodotus — in our game, blocks are lifted using levers and supports.
