• Early Access Release and Patch 05/06/2017 - 5 June 2017

  Oh HEY guess what?! We’re releasing on early access along with a giant patch!! First off we’ve got a brank spanking new “fracture arena” (complete with moving obstacles) for you to play! Loads of additions have been made so you can tailor your class and power-up to your playstyle: INTRODUCING…the Defender and the Psionic classes. Defender class (previously playable at events) includes the abilities Growth, Emergency retreat, and Wall. Psionic class is a completely new class that we’re pretty psyched about. Coming complete with super cool psionic abilities: Psi freeze, Gravity pull and Kinetic blast. SO play around and let us know what you think! Phase shot has been removed as an ability and skins/customisation have been disabled for the meantime while the customisation system is being redesigned. Performance improvements – garbage collection occurs less often so there are fewer staggers…

• Alpha Patch Notes 04/08/2016 - Customisation Update - 4 August 2016

  Well what do you know? We've finally released our first *big* patch to the alpha! What's in it? CUSTOMISATION! The first set of procedural skins are up for your grabbing! You'll recieve drops of packages containing skins after completing online matches against other players, so get playing online with each other! Skins come in different quality levels and rarities, so if you find a Mint-Condition Brushed Pixel skin, count yourself pretty darn lucky! Please give us feedback on the skins themselves, we're really looking forward to seeing what you think of them. If you want to help WarpBall's development and nab yourself a copy early, head on over to PixelFunder and back our campaign! We're also starting up our Issue Tracker, allowing you guys to report bugs and keep an eye on when they're getting fixed! • Quick Patch 1 - 10 June 2016

  Hey guys, Just released a patch that should stop the game from disconnecting online matches as soon as a goal is scored. Some bad code from yours truly meant that it was checking the wrong data for desyncs! Also, I've improved the keyboard/mouse controls for those of you without a gamepad (but seriously the game is MUCH better played with a gamepad). Keyboard and mouse controls are: WASD: Movemement I/Right Click: Tackle O/Q: WarpPass U/Right click: Shoot P/E/Middle mouse: Ability Space/LeftClick: Warp I'll add in a key rebinding screen soon, so that you can change them to your own preferences, as some people have been asking for that.
