- Small Summer Sale Patch - 1 July 2026
Operators,The Steam Summer Sale is live, so I wanted to put out a small patch while there are some new players checking out the game. This update makes the higher-fright scares feel more evenly paced, so they should land a little more consistently across a shift instead of feeling too bunched up or uneven.I also fixed a bug where achievements were not always being awarded correctly. If you ran into that, sorry about the trouble. Any missing achievements will be awarded when the game is booted up. Thanks again to everyone who has played, wishlisted, reviewed, or shared the game. It all helps a ton.Good luck Operators!

- Initial Evaluation Logged - 7 January 2026
Observation ReportFirst, thank you to all Operators who have taken the time to play the demo, share feedback, or simply observe (and hopefully report). The response so far has been encouraging, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. One thing became clear very quickly: players are paying close attention. Subtle changes and environmental details are being detected and logged in accordance with Organization policy.Minor Adjustments AuthorizedBased on early feedback, a few minor adjustments have already been made to improve clarity and flow, particularly around early navigation and clarity around the end of the demo. These refinements helped the experience feel smoother on a first shift.Performance Metrics Logged18% of Operators located a message from an subpar operator. Ignore anything concerning you may have read. He was...disgruntled. 58% of Operators failed their shift and will be replaced.…

Operatives, this is The Director speaking. Authorization of the *Anomaly Directive Demo* has been granted by Chairman Newell of the Valve Containment Directorate. Before access is restored, we've experienced a series of power interruptions across multiple observation sectors. Systems are being updated to enable on-site operators to assist with power restoration and stabilization during assignments. Once the new protocols are fully integrated, you'll be redeployed to field duty. For now, the demo is approved, verified, and awaiting deployment. Notification of deployment clearance will be transmitted via your registered contact frequency. Remain attentive to incoming correspondence. → Anomaly Directive Store Page Remain vigilant, Operatives.
