Hold the Core is a roguelite tower defense game about trading safety for power. Draft Risk Cards between cycles to push your run toward bigger rewards, harsher pressure, and greedier builds. Shape enemy routes, evolve towers into specialized weapons, and survive escalating enemies and bosses. RISK CARDS Turn a stable run into a greedy one. Draft cards between cycles for more gold, stronger rewards, and harsher pressure. ENEMY ROUTES Control the path itself. Extend routes, bend enemy flow, and build the choke points and kill zones your defense needs. TOWERS AND EVOLUTIONS Each tower solves a different problem, and evolutions push it into a sharper combat role. Build around control, burst, range, or sustained damage. ENEMIES, BOSSES, AND RELICS Fast enemies, shields, splitters, support units, Rifted variants, and bosses attack different weaknesses in your defense. Key fights can also reward relics that add powerful combat twists and open new build directions.
