• Endless Mode, Controller and Steam Deck support, Veindex. Endless Mode!!! - 11 March 2026

  I added an endless mode to the demo! The plan for the final game is to add multiple endless modes that revolve around different mechanics of the game. This current one enables you to repair hull by collecting red minerals and refuel by collecting meteorite, a mineral you will only find very late in the main game.I'm super curious what your highscores are, feel free to post screenshots here!Also I added controller support, so all requirements for Steam Deck support are now fulfilled! I'm curious for feedback on how the experience is like.Apart from that, I added a lot of small things, like the option to turn off CRT-effect, an early version of the "Veindex", an encyclopedia that keeps track of things you encounter and many bug fixes.Have fun with the update, looking forward to your comments!

• Localization added! - 1 March 2026

  I added localization capabilities!In addition to English, Veinrider is now also available in German, French, Spanish, Chinese (simplified), Korean and Japanese. I added pretty dynamic localisation functionality and adding more languages will now be less work, namely the actual translations.Have fun and let me know how you like it if you're playing in any of the new languages!

• Major Demo Update! - 15 February 2026

  The demo received a massive overhaul!
