To craft the best gear, you’ll need the right races, the right synergies, and the right strategy. Improvement Cards Use Improvement Cards to boost your employees’ performance. You can play one Improvement Card per turn . Each employee can only hold one Improvement Card during their contract. Accomodation Cards Accommodation Cards enhance specific races by improving their work environment. You can play one Accommodation Card per turn , but only on an employee of a matching race . Each employee can only have one Accommodation Card active during their contract. Malice Cards Use Malice Cards to disrupt your opponents’ workforce. You can play one per turn , targeting any opposing employee . These cards last contract time , unless they cause a reduction in production for the entire workers . In that case, they are removed after the turns' end . DEI Cards DEI (Diversity, Equality & Inclusion) Cards reward unity and cooperation in your forge.
