• 1.1 HOTFIX 6 - 14 June 2026

  Hi everyone! I've uploaded another hotfix for Hexisle. The changes are as follows: Fixed an issue where the Hexology's display and interaction layers could become out of sync when re-opening the menu. Fixed the Persistence upgrade. Fixed a bug where the "Insta" upgrades in endless mode did not save properly. Totems can no longer impart curses in Endless Mode. Fixed the Buried Treasure upgrade in Endless Mode. Fixed an issue where some objects' HP fell drastically over the course of a run in Endless mode. Fixed an oversight where sparkling hex timers and burning timers still ran while selecting upgrades in Endless mode. Fixed the enchanting menu being broken on certain refresh rates. Fixed the Accuracy buff. Fixed several miscellaneous bugs. That's all for now. Thanks for playing!

• 1.1 HOTFIX 5 - 15 April 2026

  Well, I decided to take a couple days off after uploading the last patch and of course everyone immediately found a game-breaking crash. Sorry for that... This hotfix should make the game stable again. Here's the full changelog:Fixed a common crash that occurred when zooming out while the Dowsing effect is active.Fixed a rare crash that could occur when zooming rapidly in and out on the Upgrades screen.Fixed a bug that prevented Sanguine hexes from functioning on the Hexology board.The status of submenu tutorial tabs is now saved per-world.Thanks for playing, and thanks for your patience. I'll stick around to make sure this patch doesn't break anything.

  Hi everyone! The first hotfix for 1.1 is here. If you aren't on the unstable branch, see this post for the changes made in 1.1: This hotfix adds the following changes:The game will now remember your last-used windowed resolution and position, and should no longer reset to the default when opening the game.Fixed an oversight where destroying the Orb of Fire after the Orb of Death could cause one or more of the Pharaohs to be overwritten, softlocking the game. Loading an affected save in this version should resolve the issue by spawning new Pharaohs as necessary.Fixed a crash that could occur if you close the Upgrades menu, then attempt to zoom the map before the menu has completely faded out.The setting that remembers which tutorials you've seen is now shared between all save files, meaning you'll no longer be hit with the same tutorials every time you start a new game.Nerfed Ghosts, Cin…

• Hexisle 1.1 Patch Notes - 8 April 2026

  Hi everyone! I've updated the game again, to address some issues and implement some recommendations from players.For now, this build has been set to the unstable branch, so if you'd like to use it right away, select that option from the Game Versions page on the game's Properties window, but be aware that there may be bugs I haven't caught yet.The changes are as follows:Added an Uncapped Framerate toggle. This may cause some minor abnormalities with animation speed.You can now scroll the map with the arrow keys.Fixed a possible crash that could occur on the hexology grid.Altered most timing systems used in the game to use delta time, meaning that things like tool speed, mana regen and smelting are no longer slowed down when the framerate dips. • Hotfix 4 - 5 April 2026

  Hi everyone! Another day, another hotfix. This time, the changes are as follows: Fixed an issue where Cobalt could spawn outside the boundaries of the map, making the save impossible to 100%. Loading a save with this issue present will delete the unreachable objects. Fixed an issue where the Challenge-ception achievement didn't unlock properly. Loading a save with all challenges completed will unlock the achievement. That's it! Let me know if you find any other issues, and I'll be sure to patch them ASAP. Have fun!

  Hi everyone! The third hotfix is here, with the following changes: Added a new upgrade called Manifestation which allows you to passively generate items from the Inventory menu. Combined Totemic Augmentation and Totemic Extension into a single upgrade. Buff tooltip now properly shows the level of the buff. Fixed an issue where enchanting layouts weren't always saved properly. Fixed an issue where enchanting layout tooltips didn't update after deleting one. Fixed an oversight where you couldn't save enchantment layouts on the smallest grid size. The state of the moon pearl, utility belt, focus locus, compass, and crystal hourglass are now saved. Altered a few hex loot tables. Speaking with the Hexagram in the postgame will now cause a map marker to be added to your map pointing you to a remaining object or hex.   Second hotfix is live! Still a few things I'd like to iron out, so expect another one soon. Fixed a crash when adding Crimston to the Pocket Portal. The Autosave in Background setting is now saved between sessions. Increased visibility of fishing spots. Added an option to swap scroll wheel functionality. The Utility Belt now uses Control instead of Shift. Panning the map with WASD now scrolls faster when zoomed out, as you'd expect. Fixed an issue where WASD panning was interrupted when you zoom in or out. You can now pan the Upgrade and Hexology subscreens with WASD. Added pan bounds to the upgrade screen. The upgrade and hexology subscreens will now remember the last pan/zoom state when closed. The Challenge menu will remember the last scroll and sort states. • Hotfix 1 - 1 April 2026

  Hi everyone! Thanks for your feedback so far. I've uploaded the first hotfix for Hexisle, addressing the following issues: Fixed a crash when attempting to manually save. Added a workaround where Zone of Control is recalculated when switching maps or reloading the game, to address a rare bug where a defeated monster's ZOC is not removed properly. I'll look into a proper fix as soon as I can figure out the cause of the underlying bug. It may have been fixed already, but I can't be sure. Fixed an issue where the game would not appear in the taskbar if it opens in fullscreen mode. Thanks for playing, and keep letting me know if you encounter any issues!
