Try Boardfall for free! You can continue all your save files in the full version. Waves of progressively harder enemies fall from the sky Corner and capture them to earn gold. All your pieces move each turn. Use the gold to purchase reinforcements from the shop. Here you will find 10 new pieces to master (16 total) Just to name a few: Artillery cannot move, but can capture unguarded pieces from anywhere on the board. Jesters are a royal distraction, and prevent a piece from attacking anything else Magnets pull pieces towards them. Rescue your own pieces from danger, or pull enemies into traps Witches cast spells from across the board, turning enemy pieces into cursed pawns, rendering them unpromotable If you run out of gold, don't worry. Normal pawns can be ranked up by capturing multiple enemy pieces with them Highly ranked pawns can then be promoted to be better pieces, for free, even when the shop is closed In summary: 10 new chess pieces to master (16 total, including the originals) A somewhat competent AI Procedurally fragmented boards to battle on Ominous music and crispy sound effects Helpful tips and instructions built into the UI, learn as you play.
