Fixed a bug that some new players were experiencing with the default text box width defaulting to 1 pixel instead of a value over 1200 pixels as recommended.

Two reported bugs have been fixed: When starting a new game from the questionnaire and not renaming Megan, Eileen and Megan's nicknames got mixed. The game didn't grant the Full Harem S1+S2 achievement. Sorry about the inconvenience.
