Previously, if you chose to respect the patient's beliefs or consult the family (without giving the transfusion), the game incorrectly assumed you had performed it and triggered the Director's reprimand. Now, the consequences correctly reflect your medical choice.Russian Text Formatting: Fixed a text overflow issue in the "Cynical Offer" case, where the dialogue was abruptly cut off on the screen.
