  Hey everyone,The Corner Quest demo is now live as part of TowerDefenseFest!For those just discovering the game: Corner Quest is a cozy idle auto-battler that lives in a small window on your desktop. Your mage automatically fights waves of enemies while you work, browse, or do whatever else. Check in every few minutes to upgrade spells, unlock new abilities, or choose a spell form — then step away again.A lot has changed since the first build. Here's what's in the demo:\\ 15 waves of combat (~30–45 min per run)\ 6 spells that have evolving forms\ Permanent meta-upgrades that carry between runs (spend Runes to grow stronger)\ NG+ mode for repeated runs with escalating difficulty\ Most upgrades have no level cap — keep pushing as far as you want\Please don't hesitate to provide feedback and comments in the Steam community forums.Thanks for trying it out.— Ivan (EbonCode)

• Development Update - Playtest completed and Demo on the way - 13 February 2026

  We've been hard at work on CornerQuest.The playtest was recently completed! We received great feedback and suggestions. Many of those suggestions have been implemented. If all goes as planned the demo will be release early March 2026.Highlights of what's changed since playtest closed:The pixel-art font has been changed for a much more clean and readable one. The UI and text should be much easier to read in all windows sizesWe've added lootable containers! Defeated enemies have a chance to drop a container that could yield a temporary buff such as potions or food.We've added a spell synergy system. When certain spells are equiped together, they can activate a synergy which can result in different things depending on the synergy. For example, Fireball spell can start to leave burning ground when equipped with a certain other spell.We've added the awakening/meta-progress system. The run ca…
