- April 20th upgrade - 21 April 2026
We’ve made a few adjustments to certain obstacles to improve the overall flow and difficulty balance. We also fixed several bugs that were affecting the experience in specific areas. These changes should make the gameplay feel smoother and more consistent.
- Working on a New Optional Desert Biome - 17 April 2026
Hey everyone,I wanted to share a small update about what I’m working on next. I’ve started developing a brand‑new Desert biome, which will be an optional area for players looking for a tougher challenge. This zone is designed to be more difficult than the main path. It will ask players to combine the character’s abilities in more complex sequences, with tighter timing and more precise platforming. Just like the rest of the game, the focus remains on movement, atmosphere, and exploration, rather than combat. It’s still early, but I’m excited about how this new biome is shaping up. I’ll share more as development progresses. Thanks again for all your support!
- Controller support - 2 April 2026
📝 Controller Support UpdateHey everyone,A quick note about controller support as we get closer to launch. Right now, the game works well with the PS5 DualSense controller, and overall the experience feels good.I’m still working on improving support for Xbox controllers, and there are a few adjustments I want to get right before calling it “official.” Because of that, the game isn’t marked as having full controller support on Steam yet.
- Final stretch - 1 April 2026
📝 Devblog – Final Stretch Before Launch!Hey everyone,We’re almost there. In just one week, Savage Horizons will finally be released, and I wanted to give you a quick look at what’s happening behind the scenes during this last phase.✔️ The game is completeAll the content planned for version 1.0 is now fully integrated:every level, all core mechanics, progression systems,It feels amazing to see everything come together, and I’m genuinely proud of the result.🔧 Testing, balancing, and bug fixingHere’s what I’m working on:Testing each level to ensure the difficulty curve feels natural.Balancing enemies — speed, damage, behaviors, attack patterns.Fixing bugs that still pop up here and there.Checking stability to make sure the game doesn’t crash in edge cases.
- Development Update – Savage Horizons - 19 March 2026
Development Update – Savage HorizonsHey everyone! Development on Savage Horizons is moving forward steadily, and the game is improving every single day thanks to the valuable feedback from our testers. One of the systems we’re still actively working on is the grappling hook. The mechanic itself is fun, but the camera currently struggles to properly show the destination point when the player is launched. We’re iterating on this to make the movement clearer, smoother, and more intuitive. If everything goes well and no major issues appear in the next few days, there’s a good chance we’ll have enough time to add another area to the game before the next milestone. Fingers crossed! Thanks again for your support and for following the development of Savage Horizons. More updates soon!
