- Patch 0.0.53 - 16 September 2026
0.0.53 — 2026-09-16 Added A Sponsors tab on the Finances page shows each contract with its terms, requirements, current goal, and a satisfaction history that says what moved it and why. The Sponsors tab lists sponsors within reach of your prestige and why each one has not made an offer yet. Changed An exclusive sponsor deal only blocks sponsors from the same industry and other exclusive deals, not every sponsor. New sponsors appear as your gym grows, so the sponsor pool no longer runs dry. Sponsors forget that you declined them after three months. Sponsor offers arrive more often. Sponsor requests say they are optional, what each answer costs, and that ignoring one past its due date counts against you. A sponsor sends an email when a contract goal fails, with the satisfaction hit. Exclusive offers and contracts say what they block. Free agent cards in the starter draft show the fighter'…
- Patch 0.0.51 - build your own boxing organization - 5 September 2026
0.0.51 — 2026-09-05 Headline feature: build your own boxing organization Take the promoter's seat. Found your own organization, put together the fights you want to see, crown champions and grow from local shows to stadium events. Run it alongside your gym or start a career dedicated to promoting boxing. Start a new career as a gym owner, an organization owner or both. Existing saves can join in too: founding an organization costs $250,000 plus the operating budget you choose. Choose your organization's name and weight classes, reserve a venue and plan events 14 to 180 days ahead. Build cards of up to ten fights and pick your main event. Match real fighters from your save, set their purses and send offers. Choose every pairing yourself or ask for a suggestion, with fighter availability, reputation and purse demands shaping who you can book. Build your own division rankings through the fi…
- Patch 0.0.50 - Your Gym in 3d - 28 August 2026
You can now see the upgrades for your gym in 3D 0.0.50 — 2026-08-28 Changed Fighters from Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt get names from their own region instead of generic English ones. Ring calls succeed or fail mostly on the fighter's composure, determination, and morale instead of a near coin flip. Ring call results say why the call landed or failed. Title fights pay a bigger purse premium. Champion-versus-champion matchups and cross-weight superfights pay far bigger purses and can break the normal purse ceiling. Rematches pay more with every previous meeting, so trilogy fights command the biggest purses. Fixed Division titles are no longer held by amateurs, retired fighters, or fighters without a single win; existing saves are cleaned up on load. Fighters no longer fail the weigh-in while…
- Patch 0.0.49 - 26 August 2026
0.0.49 — 2026-08-26 Changed Editing no longer happens inline on the profile, gym, and organization pages; all editing goes through the new editor window. Creating a new save is much faster. Added The pencil in the top bar opens an editor where you can change any fighter's name, age, nationality, and stats, plus your gym's profile and organization names. Using the editor marks the save as modified after a warning, disables achievements for it, and shows a Modified badge on the load screen. The training screen has a switch that puts fighters on recovery once their fatigue reaches a chosen threshold, until it drops below it again. The training screen can set one training focus for all fighters at once. Declined contract emails have a New Offer button that opens the offer screen for that fighter or trainer. Fixed The fighter directory no longer shows blank rows after returning from a profil…
- Patch - 0.0.45 - 22 August 2026
0.0.45 — 2026-08-22 Added Settings has separate volume sliders for walkout music and punch sounds. An email arrives when one of your fighters reaches the top two of an organization's rankings, telling you he can be put forward for a title shot and how to request it. Title bonus and performance bonus can be set when you make a contract offer, alongside show money and the win bonus. The Finances screen breaks the month down fighter by fighter, so you can see who is paying for himself and who is not, and each name opens that fighter. A fighter's contract page shows what he has brought in, what he has cost you and where both came from, counting doctor's bills, gifts and purse advances against him. View Contract on a fighter signed to another gym shows his deal: term, pay, fight bonuses and clauses. Changed The Organizations screen drops the background photo and lays out the ladder on the le…

- Patch 0.0.40 - 19 August 2026
- Post-Launch Roadmap — The First 4 Weeks - 17 August 2026
Corner King launches tomorrow — but this is just the beginning. The feedback from the demo has been incredible. Some of you have already put 10+ hours into it, and your bug reports and ideas are exactly what Corner King needs to grow. So instead of just launching and going quiet, here's exactly what's coming in the first 4 weeks after release: Week 1 — Stability First Bug fixes based on your reports and quality-of-life improvements. If something's broken, this is where it gets fixed. Keep the reports coming — I read all of them. Week 2 — In-Game Editor A full editor built right into the game. Edit boxers, stats, records and more. Your game world, your rules. Week 3-4 — Your Own Promotion The big one. Earn enough money and found your own promotion. Host your own fight nights, build your roster, and run the show yourself. See you in the ring tomorrow. 🥊
- Corner King releases August 18! - 13 August 2026
Corner King releases on Tuesday, August 18 at 7 PM CEST / 10 AM PDT. The date is final. No more delays. Quick recap for anyone new here: Corner King is a boxing management game. You sign fighters, train them, pick their fights and work your way up from small local cards to world titles. The fights play out in 3D and you watch them from the corner. I'm spending the last few days before launch on bug fixes from playtest reports and a last round of testing. Corner King is a solo project, so every report actually ends up in the game. If you want to know the moment it's out, wishlist it and Steam will send you a mail. See you Tuesday. 🔔
- Release Update: Short Delay - 11 August 2026
Corner King was planned to release today, August 11. Unfortunately, the release needs to be delayed while the final checks before launch are completed. The game itself is finished, and the remaining steps are purely technical. Nothing about the game or its content is changing. I've already shared this with the Discord community a few days ago and wanted to post an official update here as well. As soon as everything is cleared, I'll announce the final release date right here. I expect this to be a short delay, but I don't want to promise a date until it's confirmed. Thank you for your patience, your wishlists, and all the playtest feedback over the past weeks. It has made the game noticeably better, and I can't wait to finally get it into your hands.
