  Habit Puzzles now has a free demo! The demo contains the tutorial along with 5 introductory puzzles (1 from each puzzle pack in the full game). The demo should be enough to get a feel for whether Habit Puzzles is a good fit for boosting your life and goals. If you've been on the fence about trying the game, now is the perfect opportunity. • May Day Update! - 9 May 2026

  This patch adds 5 puzzles to celebrate May Day! ...A week late, but still. It also makes some changes to habit management: You can make multiple habit profiles that can be turned on and off. This is good for compartmentalizing different parts of your life, like your day job, or temporary goals. Or if you want to start on a totally new set of habits, you can make a fresh profile and fully delete your old one, while preserving the puzzles you've built. Previously, if you needed to modify an inactive habit, there were 3 separate menu buttons for setting priorities, editing labels, or deleting habits. Now, there is one menu button to show inactive habits in your main window, and you can right-click to modify them.   This should fix a crash loading save files where a puzzle image has spaces in its filename. This should also improve error logging for the future.

• GHOULS UPDATE - 1 April 2026

  GHOULSGhouls make any game better, so Habit Puzzles has ghouls in it now. The ghouls try to help you solve your puzzles. There is also a new mini puzzle pack, the April Ghouls Pack.To highlight this optional feature, ghouls are automatically enabled whenever you play on April 1. • Puzzle Pack Release: Black History Month - 17 February 2026

  This update adds a Black History & Art puzzle pack featuring 14 images chosen by guest curator River Toomer. Sourced from public domain images in the archives of the Library of Congress, National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture, these puzzles commemorate Black History Month, February 2026.From now through March 1, 50% of Habit Puzzles profits will be donated to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute. Their mission statement is, to "protect and defend the human rights of BLACK transgender people while building a sanctuary rooted in joy, resilience, and unapologetic truth."
