  Development of Whisper of Appalachia is in full swing, and I wanted to share a first proper look at where the game is heading.Right now, I’m working on the first environments that will shape the core atmosphere of the game. One of them is the forest during the day, which feels calmer, more open, and more natural. The second one is the forest at night, where the atmosphere becomes much heavier, quieter, and more unsettling.Alongside these two areas, I also have the church environment prepared. This location should bring a different kind of atmosphere to the game and gradually expand the world beyond the forest itself. That’s why I’m also sharing a few new screenshots from the daytime forest, the night forest, and the upcoming church location.For the final version of the game, I would like to have four main environments.
