You have two decks of tiles: one for landscapes, one for buildings. Landscape tiles form the foundation of your world as forests, rivers, fields, lakes, and mountain ranges come together into a single living map. Building tiles are placed on top, fitting residential blocks, shops, parks, and farms directly into the terrain. Mountains, lakes, and the layout of buildings on each hex are procedurally generated, so no two sessions look the same. The strategy here is not about conflict but about harmony. The better you match landscape borders and zone your buildings, the more points you score and the longer your world survives. Special objects set specific conditions: a commercial district wants to border a residential area of the right size, a farm thrives on open flatlands away from the city.
