• Enemy Design Contest - Discord Exclusive - 1 June 2026

  We’re looking for a new wooden piece to haunt the combat encounters in The Grimwood Hex. Are you interested in building strategy? Crafting cursed lore? • Demo Update 1.1: Combat Balancing, Audio Improvements (+What's Next!) - 11 May 2026

  It's been 1 week since the demo for The Grimwood Hex was released! The response has been amazing to see, and we're so happy that you've enjoyed playing what we have so far. That being said, we have made a few improvements where needed.DifficultyThe game before was too hard. We haven't seen many players get to the boss and defeat it, let alone play any of the optional challenges. For this reason, we've decided to reduce the amount of enemies that spawn per arena by 1. This should provide new players a better experience where they can progress further, while still maintaining a higher difficulty for our more confident players with the optional challenges.AudioThere was some aspects of the demo that were missing audio which have now been introduced.
