    Hey everyone, tower.defense() started as a small learning project. I'm a solo developer, and somewhere along the way I got completely invested in the idea: a tower defense where you decide not just where a tower goes, but how it thinks. I decided the project needed a fresh start. The game has now been rebuilt from scratch, and the new demo is live on Steam. What's in the new demo? The demo contains 20 missions and three programmable towers: Sentry, Lance and Warden. Place your towers, build their behaviour with visual blocks, and watch your plan play out in a cyberpunk setting. You don't need to know how to write code to try it. To everyone who tried the old version Thank you for playing and leaving feedback, including when things went wrong. Some of you ran into stuck tutorials; others pointed out that learning what a block does isn't enough if the levels give you no reason to use it.…
