どこまで走り続けられる？『DroPlaying!』は誰もがよく知るブロックパズルゲームに似た、でも少し違った手に汗握るパズルゲーム。迫りくる機関車にハラハラドキドキ！上から降ってくる様々な形の線路を動かしたり回転させたりしながら組み合わせて、機関車が脱線しないように線路を伸ばしていこう！安全運転で走り続けよう！線路が繋がっていない場所に機関車が進んでしまうとゲームオーバー！また、降ってくる線路が上まで積みあがってしまってもゲームオーバーになってしまう。ただし、機関車が一定ラインまで進むと自動的に一番下のラインが消えていく。むやみに線路を積みあげるのではなく、時には回り道をしながら、でも着実に前に進めるように機関車を走らせよう！ラインを揃えると…？ラインを揃えることで機関車の動きを一時的に止めることができる！ピンチの際にはラインを揃え、機関車が止まっている間に線路を組み直して安全運転を心がけよう！アイテムを手に入れよう！ゲーム中、線路とは別にアイテムが降ってくることがある。アイテムは機関車でぶつかると手に入れることでき、追加でスコアを獲得したり、機関車の動きをゆっくりにしてくれたりする。アイテムを手に入れるために線路の組み合わせを工夫するのも、プレイヤーのウデの見せ所だ！
