Welcome to Thorncliffe, a charming town with the most horrifying outbreak. An otherworldly epidemic is spreading through town, and you’re the only one who can stop it. As Doctor Parsnip Green you’ll make difficult decisions as you operate on patients and investigate the disease’s origin. The fate of Thorncliffe is in your hands - will you save your patients or be driven to madness? Make difficult decisions Steer the course of the story through branching dialog and choose how to best treat your patients during case gameplay. The lives of your patients are in your hands - the decisions you make determine who lives and who dies. Treat strange illnesses Encounter bizarre afflictions; these diseases require you to converse with and examine your patients. Once you have a handle on the disease, conduct careful surgeries through visceral operation actions. Learn about your patient’s preferences and treat them accordingly to keep them sane and healthy. Investigate the disease’s origin Explore town and work with a diverse cast of characters to discover the cause of the mysterious epidemic. Everyone in town has a different opinion of you, and who you save now may determine who trusts you later. Tread carefully!
