Latest Steam announcements

  • Removal from the steam store - 8 August 2018

Dear Chicku community, It's with a sad heart we post this announcement. For a while as a studio we've struggled to find our core, we've been working on different concepts but nothing really felt great. We tried for so long, keeping the company afloat but as you might have guessed we're closing down. As a result of this, we'll remove Chicku from being purchasable in the Steam store. Please accept our apology and thank you for the time you've spend saving millions of Chickens from the evil Dr. Barrington. We love you and hope we'll meet again. Developers, Gatling Goat Studios

  • Chuckie Egg Xtreme: Chicku Has A Demo - 21 April 2016

I find Chicku unnerving. Imagine the Aardman Animations film Chicken Run had been part of the Saw franchise, or that eighties gaming icon Chuckie Egg had been crossed with Super Meat Boy. It’s a platform game about chickens escaping from a farm and the farm is full of saws, spikes and other devices that convert poultry into pieces. It’s enough to make Bernard Matthews blush. There’s no shortage of gore and even though the game is in Early Access, there are already loads of maps and even a local multiplayer mode, which I’m going to imagine is like ultraviolent Joust. If you’re peckish, why not try the demo ? …
