VitaCare+ is the nation's largest health insurance provider. As a new Claims Adjuster, you are our first line of defense against unnecessary medical payouts. You must maximize shareholder value by denying claims that violate our insurance policies. Operate under the assumption of patient fraud. Do not let patients' emotional stories reduce your productivity. Note: VitaCare+ does not cover mental health services for probationary employees. TRAINING MANUAL - FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY To ensure your success, you must master the VitaCare+ software. Your continued employment and financial survival depend on the following mechanics: Document Inspection: You are required to manually drag, organize, and cross-reference digital paperwork on your screen. Compare X-rays, medical histories, and doctors' notes against the provided policy binder to find loopholes for denial. Time Pressure: A daily timer governs your shift. Claims left unprocessed when the clock runs out are claims you don't get paid for. Your rent, your family's wellbeing, and your own VitaCare+ premiums depend on how many you clear before the day ends. Adapt to Changing Rules: Corporate policy changes overnight.
