• Week 3 Release Update - 8 September 2026

  I wanted to provide an update as to progress! Week 3 development is going very well. As it stands I have only 1.5 days (each game release is a week in game) left to develop as well as 12 of 36 Lewd scenes to go. At this point i am confident I will have the game ready for October. However, I also have 10 days away in that time, so due to this and how Steam takes its time to approve releases, I expect Steam release to be near the end of October. The above image is a sneak peek of the new artwork I had commissioned for the Steam Store. Has more of a GTA vibe. Wasn't the original intent but I dig it! Watch for the big Fall Steam Sale! We will be there. • Patch 1.2.2 - 21 July 2026

  Version 1.2.2 Thank you to everyone who has played Forgetting and provided feedback! After reading comments and watching players experience the opening chapters, I've revised a significant portion of Amy's early dialogue and backstory to better reflect the characters and improve the overall narrative. Changes Reworked much of Amy's backstory and early conversations. Amy no longer has any references to a past relationship with Trevor beyond friendship. Amy no longer has anything other than friendship with Matt. Updated Matt's dialogue to focus on his long-standing college crush on Amy and his reaction to realizing his chance may never have truly existed. Amy still confesses her interest in the MC. If the MC rejects Amy, the story now frames it as a deliberate choice rather than a missed opportunity. Later therapy sessions and conversations have been updated to reflect this. The optional…

• Game Fix v1.22 - 20 July 2026

  After some feedback and testing, I've re-written a good portion of Amy's backstory and initial interactions. This will only affect dialog and not actual events or choices, but as always may still break some save files. Changes:-Amy no longer has any reference to Trevor other than friendship.-Amy no longer has anything other than friendship with Matt.-Matt already had a back story about pining for her in college so conversations with him talk about that relapse and his flip out having to do with losing his 'shot' that he may never have had in the first place.-Amy still confesses interest in MC.-If MC rejects her, it isn't a missed moment, but a choice.   First, I'd like to thank players for their support thus far. I didn't have any set expectations for the Steam release and I have been ecstatic to see people engage and try the game out and trust it's completion. • Forgetting Week 1 & 2 Release Date! - 4 June 2026

  Steam Release June 30th, 2026After months of effort, mAdhOuse Games is proud to announce that this game will have it's first release into early access June 30th! This will feature the first two weeks of the game into early access mode. Notes on Forgetting:Each Week (or chapter if you prefer) is about a 4 month development cycle. As this is in early access, you'll be able to play the first two weeks. As development completes, new weeks will become available. This will not be extra cost. What you pay now will be for the game in its entirety.
