Patch 2.6 — May 12, 2026 New Abilities Five new abilities join the battlefield: Protect, Spelljam, Glass Cannon, Life Transfer, and Weaken. Each brings a distinct tactical layer to team building and combat strategy. Card Pool Expansion 25+ new cards added across all rarities, featuring the new abilities. Over 50 existing cards have been reworked to incorporate the new ability types, shaking up the meta across every game mode. View sizing has been replaced with Text sizing configurations. Formation overwriting has been added. Formation restrictions loosened. Duplicates can now be properly listed in the auction house. Live Battle Replay can be watched now in all modes. Draft history is stored up to 20 fights at a time. Tabs now save where you previously were.

UI Fixes, Bug Fixes, Clarity Fixes, UI Redesigns, and more! After a 12-hour bender, our hotfixes should ensure everyone is able to play GM26 comfortably. Draft Arena scaled up for visibility — All text, cards, buttons, and UI elements significantly enlarged for better readability. Draft formation area widened — The formation side is now 50% wider, giving cards more room and eliminating cutoff issues. Draft History tab scaled up — Match rows, section headers, banners, VIEW buttons, and all text now larger to match the Tournament Matches tab. Unity buff notifications more visible — The "+5 to all stats" unity buff activation text during drafts is now larger and easier to spot. Our steam client has officially released! At the end of the week we'll be giving all players a small thank you bonus if you created an account during the first week of Guild Manager 26.For the foreseeable future, GM26 will continue to receive new games, new content updates, balancing patches, and more cards to collect. We look forward to building this game with and beside everyone!

Firstly, after hundreds of hours developing this game solo, I am so proud to be able to bring it to everyone. A big thank you the early testers that helped make this game into what it is! For those who are wondering what will happen after launch - keep in mind that this is just the beginning. New cards, game modes, and formats will be dropped weekly & monthly. In our first update, we'll be launching a new persistent game mode, "Hero Mode". For those of you who tested in the alpha, this is a huge gameplay update and adds a new gameplay element never before seen in earlier tests of Guild Manager 26! We'll also be launching a small set of new cards.I can't wait to see everyone in Guild Manager 26 and don't forget, you can get an early head-start on our web version: https://playgm26.com/ (The web version will be sunsetting after the first post-launch update)
