  🎨 Visual overhaulThe biggest visual update since launch. Every room now casts a soft drop shadow, walls have proper ambient occlusion at their base, and the lighting gradient across room faces is significantly more dramatic — clear separation between the lit top face, the medium-lit left wall, and the deep shadow on the right. Walls are slightly taller for a more 3D presence. Guests and staff now have a subtle ground shadow beneath them. The overall look is warmer and more polished.📋 Notification logNotifications have been completely redesigned. Instead of small pills that pop up in the centre and disappear, messages now appear in a persistent dark panel on the left side of the screen — up to 8 at a time, each staying visible for several seconds. When you place a room, a furnishing panel opens — every room type has required items (the basics that make it functional) and optional upgrades that add capacity, revenue per session, faster treatments, or daily reputation. A Sauna needs a Wood Heater to open, but add a Bucket & Ladle and Eucalyptus Bundle and guests spend more each visit. The old Level 1/2/3 upgrade system is gone — what you put in the room is what you get out of it.🎨Room ThemesTreatment rooms now have a theme.   Therapists now spread out Previously, multiple therapists would follow each other around and pile into the same treatment room, leaving others empty. They now claim rooms independently, so each therapist heads to a different room and actually covers your spa properly.Pause state preserved through the menu Opening the main menu while paused and then returning to the game would restart time. That's fixed — if you were paused before heading to the menu, you'll come back paused.UI scale overlap fixed At 150% UI scale the speed buttons and top bar would slightly overlap. HUD panels now correctly account for the scaled top bar height, so everything sits where it should at any scale.Steam Early Access launches June 4.   Reference GuidePress Esc and open the Reference Guide for a full breakdown of every room and staff role in the game — build costs, revenue per guest, daily upkeep, which staff gives a boost and what that boost actually does. There's also a Tips tab covering the ten things that most often trip up new players.Better Room & Staff PanelsClicking a room now shows your staff boost status directly — either ⚡ +60% with the staff member's name, or a clear prompt showing which role would unlock the bonus.
