The fate you reach will be shaped by your choices. "Gear Notes -ogre slayer-" is a dark fantasy action RPG inspired by the Japanese folktale Momotaro, depicting a bittersweet story where fate and emotions intertwine. The war between humans and the Oni (Ura clan), once thought to have ended by the legendary hero Momotaro, still lingers beneath the surface. The embers of conflict continue to smolder. The story follows Hinano Sakuragi, a girl caught in the currents of fate. Together with companions she meets along the way—each carrying their own past and struggles—she is drawn into a growing conflict once more. Amid conflicting motives, each character is forced to face unavoidable choices. What will you choose? How will you live? Your decisions will shape and transform the outcome of the story. Combat focuses on fast-paced, intense action combined with strategic depth, utilizing character switching and unique abilities. ■ Fast-Paced Action Combat Chain together melee and ranged combos, execute precise dodges and parries. Empower yourself with Awakening, alter enemy attributes through attacks, and break defenses with relentless combos. Adapt your strategy and create your own fighting style. ■ Character Switching System Switch between characters with distinct roles—attacker, healer, tank—and a variety of elements such as fire, lightning, ice, wind, light, and dark. Master timing to break enemy defenses with parries and unleash devastating finishing blows. Control the battlefield through strategy and coordination. ■ A Story Shaped by Emotion As conflicting emotions collide, characters struggle to reach out to one another.
