Many of you have also asked for a longer experience and to see where the story goes next.I’m happy to announce that a free Chapter 2 update is now in development for all owners of The Abyss Below.The current game remains a complete standalone experience, but the story will continue. It is still early, so there is no release date or gameplay to share yet.

Here's the first few fixes and changes:Expanded the ending sequence and added a couple new connections to the wider mystery.Updated the mission debrief to better reflect the outcome of the final expedition.Updated the mission briefing with additional context on the expedition depth and expected conditions in Sector 4.Fixed occasional audio issues on some hardware.Changed all the sounds inside the sub to spatialized including radio messages.Some minor visual tweaks.
