Background audio, built around your routine Audictrl is a background audio player you can configure to fit the way you use your PC. Set rules that respond to the programs you choose, the time of day, or local weather, then decide what audio action each rule should take. Create rules that make sense for your day Each rule pairs a trigger with an action. Use a program, a time, or a weather condition as a trigger, and combine conditions when you want more than one thing to line up. Choose an action such as playing a track or playlist, adjusting volume, or stopping playback. For example, you could start a focus playlist when you open a work app, choose different listening for an evening time window, or play rain ambience when rainy weather matches a rule. Set it up around your own routine. Your library, organised your way Import your own audio files into the local library, organise tracks into playlists, and add tracks to the play queue when you want to choose what comes next. Playlists can run in order or shuffled, and the three-band equaliser lets you shape the sound. Extend it if you choose Optional plugins can add audio sources and actions, giving you ways to build on the player. Bring your own audio Audictrl includes no songs or other audio content.
