Bug Fixes - Fixed story voice-over overlap - Clarified certain help topics - Improved error messages (for those still experiencing problems after this patch, this should help us track down the cause) We have also switched to the new launch4j and updated the Java version we are distributing, which will hopefully resolve some of the issues people have been having with the game not starting.

Balance changes - Multiplied the cost of improving Civic Buildings by the map size (1 - 5), therefore there will be no change on the smallest map and quite a large change on the largest map. (We did this because the effectiveness of these buildings scales with the number of territories.) (We are pushing this in advance of tomorrow's patch because leaderboards reset on a Friday and therefore we wanted to make any balance changes in advance of this.)

Bug Fixes - Fixed a rare case in which the game would take a very long time to load and save. Balance Changes - Made the cost of technology scale with galaxy size (this should fix late-game issues in long games on larger maps, and tax rate etc. calculations on harder difficulties.) Beta Feature - Borderless Windowed Mode: If you right click on 'After the Empire' in your Steam library and click 'Properties' and then click 'Set Launch Options...' you can now type the word Windowed (with a capital 'W,' as shown) to make the game run in a windowed mode. Note that this will likely drop the frame-rate as the game will have to share the computer's resources with other open applications. Also, some systems have experienced issues on exiting the program. New Features - When hovering each magnifying glass under Deeper Paths in the Technology Menu, the strength of that Path in each Territory is now displayed visually on the galaxy map. Bug Fixes - Fixed a display error preventing the contents of League position lists from clearing when switching between showing Top 10, Friends and Peers. - Made Peers League Lists show 4 scores above and 5 below yours, if available. - Fixed error in determining when Personal Leaderboard scores should be updated.
