Week 51 Lumos Update Hello fellow diVRs! The Holiday Season is here, a time for many of you to take it slow and relax. Good for you! But we at DIVR Labs are not stopping! We are proud to announce a brand new game mode as part of the Hide & Seek Christmas Update. The eponymous PvP multiplayer mode is a thrilling experience which pits two players against each other in a local battle of wits and nerves. Ready Player One Put on the VR headset and stand your ground against waves of enemies and try to survive until the timer runs out. It might be only three minutes, but you will be sweating bullets by the end. The original experience of Blue Effect just got better with the introduction of a second player! Week 50 Lumos Update Last week we brought you some photography from DIFF 16 that was an incredible event. Also, we have shown you our new environment called RailRoad. What you could learn is that this environment will be partly in the movement. There are many discussions about movement in VR and motion sickness. We firmly believe you don't need to be afraid in our game. There is no Motion Sickness. Even our CEO who has motion sickness even in the car does not suffer in RailRoad :) But that's not all. Community update will have a short delay this week. Usually, I try to write it on Wednesday and have it ready for Thursday, but not this time. This week is exceptional for us here at DIVR. We have reached a great milestone in our existence. Organizers of Dubai DIFF (Dubai International Film Festival) have invited us to their kingdom, and we are very grateful for this opportunity. So Last day’s we have spent on the journey. Particularly the Airports, Hotels, great welcome parties and so on:) But Mainly we are here to play with people our Blue Effect. According to one of the visitor named George - “This was one of the strongest VR experience I ever had.” So what do we have here? We brought into Dubai a concept our of Mixed Reality. Week 48 Lumos Update Last week we promised you to reveal information about the new update. There we go! We will start with Lab Level environment. We will also show you some pictures from the development. Leave in the comment if you want to see more of these pictures. About Lab: This week we will introduce you a new environment called “LAB.” This map has a little bit different game mechanics. We have realized that when you play a lot, the gameplay is the same, so we decided to change it a little bit. You can see four pillars in front of you. They are pretty shiny. The entire environment looks quite calm. Dynamic gameplay: On the scale one to ten we wanted to reach a number fifty-seven, so we prepared the breathtaking show for you.
