- Akihabara - Feel the Rhythm Remixed - 26 August 2018
Hi I wanted to share some more news about the game. An updated version of the game called Akihabara - Feel the Rhythm Remixed will hopefully be released this year. It features entirely new gameplay, hopefully being loss obscure than it is now. There will also be an additional new album to play through, called Electric Symphony, featuring 10 new tracks! I'd like to present how the new gameplay will be: https://youtu.be/dKhGEf7vF20 Also, one of the tracks from the new album can be listened to here: https://soundcloud.com/jacemeridian/k-1 If you have any questions or requests, let me know!
- Working on new gameplay modes! - 23 March 2018
I just wanted to share som info. The game is not forgotten! In fact, I am currently experimenting with new gameplay modes. There is a lot I like with the game, but some things that didn't turn out as well as I wanted. The gameplay, for many, was to obtuse, which of course was never the intention. I want to remedy that, and be able to let anyone experience the music while remaining true to the game!

- Use your own music! - 25 May 2017
Hi Akihabara now supports the playback of your own mp3's or wav files! You'll find this feature under the single track menu, at the bottom. You need to know the BPM of your chosen file (beat detection is unfortunately quite hard to implement, and wonky at best). There are several guides on the interent for how to detect the BPM of a track though. Currently working to improve the high score system, trying to device some way to save track name, and maybe have the online. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

- Some quick fixes - 17 April 2017
Just some quick updates in addition to Pure Beat: * Added mouse support for menus, and for the main game (leftcklick to change, right to drop, middle for super). * All tracks can be played during Pure Beat. For standard play, they need to be unlocked through the campaign. * Some bugfixes. * Working on adding difficulty options to Pure Beat, and being able to map your own keys. Ff you encounter any bugs, feel free to leave a note of it.

- Bug fixed, Singe Track - 3 February 2017
A bug was just discovered that would sometimes cause the game to not end after 3 minutes when playing Single Track. This should now be fixed. Very embarrassing...
