  Bang! Howdy now supports MANY new languages! The team has also added Linux support and working with Value to provide better Steam deck support. We hope you give Bang! Howdy another go with all the changes we have been making.

• Major Engine Revamp! - 19 July 2026

  Howdy Pardners,The Bang! Howdy Sheriff's have done a ton of work to the game. The ENTIRE engine has been updated to the latest technologies. Many new changes to restoring the game you love and improving it too! They are now on production for everyone to checkout!Some changes made:- Mobile compatibility added! (Coming soon!)- Lots of graphical updates- Revert changes of FG back to original.. We heard the pleas of the community and have listened by reverting the entire FG gamemode back to the original, No more difficulty waves!- Lots of improvements- Tutorials now have voice overs!- Fix the graphical bugs with the update with regards to the drops and decoy spawning.- Fix the avatar bugs - Along with many other changes and improvements

• Re-introducing MTX - 4 September 2025

  Howdy Pardners,We have restored everyone's gold and reinstated the bank. You can use these coins to buy new cosmetics and sooner or later new towns. This will help us keep the game afloat.All transactions are also now directly thru Steam... Just enter the bank and a button allowing you to purchase gold will be there. • Another Update & New Card Release! - 2 September 2025

  Howdy Pardners.We just released a new patch the remaining bounties missions that got borked in previous updates. We also added a new card called Heat Stroke. Heat Stroke causes a selected unit to have highmoon (limited movements) for 8 ticks!

  Howdy Pardners,We released another set of patches for Bang! Howdy just now. - Some bounties got broken when we did our map changes. This is now fixed - Updated map names to not include their test names anymore.- Fixed parlor crashing in some scenarios- Fixed parlor selections when making back parlors- Added command checks for argument validations for staff commands- You now keep un-used cards at the end of the game- Fix some resource loading issues for some Mac machines

  Fix Snake Bite effect continues dealing damage until the target dies when it should wear off after 8 ticks,Allow members of the same gang in games with non-gang members still be able to earn aces,Using Reinforcements cards or picking up a spawned reinforcement bonus in coop games should no longer give Gunslingers and Sharpshooters.,Tin cans/AI no longer will pickup cards ..   Howdy! I have re-added the revolution unit changes that was in the polls so long ago! It's been missing so the change is now applied. For those who forgot what that change was: Inspires his units to immediately respawn when he is knocked out. Gives 10% attack bonus to all allied units. whereas it used to only affect certain units now it is all units!I have also begun the major changes to Forest Guardians that I think will enhance the ranked gameplay. We now have new difficulty settings for Forest Guardians for the logging bots and settings in game that will vary depending on the setting you chose. Each Forest Guardian difficulty has it's own rank classifications too for ranked matches.
