  - Fixed the custom controls mapping for gamepads and joysticks, now you can set custom controls and they will work in the game - Fixed the first person camera glitch when walking and looking around, now the game runs much smoother from first person view

• Performance and Mud mats Update - Jan 16th 2022 - 16 January 2022

  Hello Lumberjacks! This update brings the following changes to the game: - Major performance improvement across the board: by disabling background rendering that was not used we got about 20% improvement in FPS ːsteamhappyː - Mud mats releasing: main feature of mud mats are to slightly drop into the terrain once driven over for stability. It was not possible to retrieve them anymore once they have sunken. Now you can release them by dragging them out of mud with a winch. - Old-style Tutorials levels are removed: most people should be able to start playing the Career mode right away since there are sufficient help icons scattered around that explain things. Also, players will get a free pickup and a small trailer from the get-go in Career. - Open world levels locking: initially locked, open world levels now require players to play Career and reach some player level to unlock. • Mud Mats Update - Jan 4th 2022 - 5 January 2022

  Happy new 2022! This update brings multiple additions and fixes to the game: - Mud mats: Get the nasty terrain under control by placing the mats to stabilize driving over mud, soft terrain and puddles. Get the small or the big mat in the vehicle store and place it where needed. The small one can be carried by hand, but for the big one you will need a winch or a machine to transport them. - Fixed medium open world level not loading

  This update brings multiple additions and fixes to the game. Improvements to Career mode missions, such as allowing players to measure width of the logs, or weights of the loaded chips. Chainsaw will now require controlled movement to complete each cut, and a brand new UI for purchasing items means no more 'cash tool' to clutter the toolbox. Tutorials have got couple of important bug fixes and we added support for the German language.

• Steam Workshop Launch - Game update Mar 01, 2021 - 6 March 2021

  This one is BIG, we got the Steam Workshop up and running! During the past months we have worked with a couple of dedicated modders to launch our first modded vehicles. Already more than a dozen vehicles/trailers are available to be played with in Career mode. Check them out, give feedback and remember to support the hard-working creators! Next, we will continue to work with the mod creator community and bring more high quality modded vehicles to the Workshop in the coming months. Most of the work is still ahead of us.   In this patch we have changed the way log jobs are priced. Now they are more related to actual value of the delivered materials and now we expect less reduced payments due to missed log sizes.
