- About game crash problem - 26 May 2018
I have received a lot of game crash reports. The cause of these problems is game can't load background pictures corrently. If you first saw a black screen, then game crashed. That means: Your game maybe not has read/write access on the computer. So you should give the files access permissions to it, or change some settings in your anti-virus software. These problems are mostly happened on Win10.

About the location of non-Steam game screenshots: Please search "Platfinity" in your disk drive "C". Then open the "Screenshots" folder.
