I hope you're all doing well and enjoying your time in the game. Unfortunately the update we rolled out yesterday inadvertently caused a few hiccups. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused. But hey, the good news is, we've just launched another update to fix these pesky issues and make your gaming experience even better! Here's what's been sorted out in this latest patch: Fixed the disappearing act of your Potion Paws Furniture items that went incognito after our previous update. If you also own potion paws you can now enjoy your beautifully crafted furniture once again! You'll now spot dye icons in the corners of the UI for your dyed items. We wanted to make it less confusing for items dyed with the special dyes. We've resolved the issue where swapping equipped items of the same type wasn't properly swapping them. I hope you're all doing well and staying safe. We're rolling out a small update for Garden Paws. We know it's been a hot minute since we last dropped any new stuff for the game, and we wanted to say sorry for keeping you all waiting. This update might be small, but it's mighty! We've squashed a pesky bug that's been causing some trouble with the password protection for multiplayer game rooms. With this update there should be no more hiccups there! Seismic activity! Another Earthquake has hit Florens! Thankfully this time it didn't cause as much chaos for the residents, but a new volcanic island has formed close to Kieran's camp! If you're in year 5 you will find this new island and close to it a new friend! Luiza and their giant turtle friend Sasha have come to Florens and can teach you all about Succulents. New Crop: Succulents Succulents are an exciting new plant you will now be able to grow. It comes in many different shapes and colors and are great for decoration! You can use them to craft new succulent furniture and succulent decorations or leave them on the ground to brighten your farm. Happy Valentine's Day everyone! We just released a mini update for the PC while we're working on the next switch update for Garden Paws. The PC update includes new themed heart items, new wearable effect caps and new building pieces! We hope you love this update as much as we do. (Sorry we had to add a little bit of cheese.) Wearable Effect Caps Clovis now sells new "Effect Caps", effect caps can be placed in the "Hat" accessory slot and will constantly be showing an effect around your character while you're wearing it. This is a small patch fixing some of the issues encountered with the new update we pushed yesterday. Mainly fixed a couple of quest issues and a bug that caused a guest's world to merge some data with a host's world after playing multiplayer. If you have encountered the bug you can roll back your save to restore your world to it's previous state. We also added a new skin to splash's shop.

Garden Paws is on the Switch! Garden Paws is now on the Switch! The latest patch notes have been posted in the discussions. Let's dive into what we've brought to the latest update for the PC! Now that the Switch has been released we, (devs Kristina and Dan), got so excited about adding content to Garden Paws that we got a little carried away and added a bit too much to the update. At a certain point it got so big that it became a challenge to wrap up so we have created a rough content roadmap. We are introducing a new character, The Human as a free Garden Paws DLC. We have decided to introduce the character in this way so that if anyone doesn't want human character in their game they can simply not download the DLC. The character DLC is also bringing in several new hair styles that can be used on any character. These hair styles can by dyed and can be placed in the existing hair equipment slot or the second hair equipment slot that has been added with this update. In this next update we're excited to bring you more creatures to breed, the tortoise, farm plots and more. We have been having a great time connecting with the community through Twitch and have added Garden Paws avatars for everyone to use while streaming! Twitch integration can be activated by typing in your channel name, once you are connected you can turn on "viewers on bottom of screen". Your chatters will be able to interact by typing "hype", "love", "jump", "dance" and do other fun emotes while you're playing! They can even change their character by typing in the character type, (Ex. Dragon). This update is packed full of both optimization improvements and content! As we've been working on bringing the game to the Switch we had to take some time to tackle optimizing the game for a different platform, and this update for the PC makes full benefit of that, with considerably lower memory consumption and running much smoother. Gamepad The changes made to the gamepad controls for the Switch version have now been implemented into the PC version as well. If you already play the game with a gamepad you'll notice a lot of improvements with all the inventory actions accessible via gamepad. There are new button shortcuts and a new item selection menu that gives you extra options when handling items including a way of splitting items with precision. Breeding; Cats, Chickens and Sheep! We are excited to say we have added breeding for unique colour and size variants for 3 animals! Once you have reached the first Summer a new quest line with Bruce will be available to begin introducing a new tree to Florens the Passionfruit Tree. Once you have the Passion Fruit Tree you will be able to work with Frank to build a Breeding Pen and with Poppy to create new breeding treats. The new Passionfruit Tree These breeding treats are the key to collecting new colourful cats, chickens and sheep. Once you have the animals in the breeding pen with their treat they will start producing a baby. After a few days you'll have a new baby to raise, if you're lucky it will be in a unique colour. Hope everyone is doing well! We've got a few new items to share with you along with a new mount! This update is relatively small compared to our past updates as we work on the Switch. We'll have big news on the Switch soon. Horse Sanctuary The next sanctuary to be added to Kozita is the Horse Sanctuary and along with it a very rare horse mount that can only be obtained from completing this sanctuary. We won't post any spoiler-y photos here though in case anyone wants the surprise in game. New items There are a few new items in this update including a large floor keyboard that can be walked across to press the musical keys. For this mini update we wanted to add a new crop and some new items to collect. We have done some tweaks and bug fixes as well. Hope you enjoy! On Kozita island, Herb has new quests that unlock 3 new shop stalls to purchase items. There is the Rose and Lavender Seed Stall, the Tropical Plants Stall and the Garden Furniture Stall.
