Hi everyone! A new update for Evergate is now live on Steam. Whether you're new to Evergate, or attempting a record speed run(!), we hope that the improvements help to make the game even more accessible and enjoyable. Details of the updates are as follows: New Accessibility Mode This new mode allows you to: Choose invincibility. Change the game speed (giving yourself more time to think and react). Unlock all first artefacts. Further Updates: Reduced artefact costs from 6 >12>21 to 3>10>21 to make it easier to boost Ki's abilities. The Stone Egg artefact is now the first unlocked artefact in Stage 2. The third artefact is a brand new artefact! Stages 1-1 and 1-2 have been altered to aid new players. Big News! The Beta is going super well and we've already made the changes we planned to make in Early Access! So, we're cancelling the Early Access release tomorrow and making plans to launch the FULL GAME sooner than expected! Keep a look out for the official release date. More details if you're interested: There are two main reasons we upgraded our timeline: Originally, we wanted to release this game in to Early Access because we felt like it was a long ways off to being done. After the past few weeks of crushing bugs and adding near-final content to the game, we've realized that the gap between the early access launch and the full game has diminished significantly. We're close enough to being totally done that we'd rather ship the polished and finalized game than an incomplete version.
