Hello everyone, Well, we finally made it. Its been a long few months... Today, the game leaves Early Access. We would like to thank everyone who has participated in playing and testing the game. We are truly grateful with suggestions and feedback. With your help, we believe we have developed a great game that many have already enjoyed. The final few issues and bugs have now been addressed. Hello, This update mostly focuses on optimisation. The game now has a lower memory cost to run the game by roughly 1 gig. The lighting has also been improved, allowing for a smoother and quicker frame-rate whilst playing. We will continue this process, in addition to fixing small bugs that might still persist. - Update 0.95 - MAC OS Version Released - 25 July 2018
Hello, We are happy to announce that the MAC OS version of "The Initiate 2: The First Interviews" is now live and playable. We hope new persons can now enjoy this mystery puzzle game game for the first time since the windows release earlier this month. Hi Everyone, We have found a number of small issues that this update corrects. Please find change list below: Added subtitles to all telephone conversations. Modified one colour on the wall switch puzzle from yellow to white. Corrected the wording and spelling errors on the documents on the laptop. The height of the camera no longer change height when the player runs. Fixed a bug where a book on the bookshelf remained stationary upon moving, resulting in it floating in mid-air. The glasses overlay no longer displays upon reading a book. Fixed and error where the player could not save whilst wearing glasses. Fixed grammatical errors throughout the game. Hello everyone, Here is update number 0.92. Please find list of changes below: Fixed an issue where the bronze idol was reappearing upon game load. fixed and issue where player could clip through items in Steve's back room. Fixed grammar in the credits scene. Fixed an issue where Ben would still cough after completing the steam puzzle. Fixed an issue where one of the books that helps the player solve laptop riddle was in the wrong location, and therefore rendered useless. Fixed an issue where two lines of text shown on Ben's statue area after placing down the statues correctly. Removed a repeating book that was located inside the Office. Hi everyone, More bugs have been fixed, Please find the change list below: Player can no longer switch between characters whilst viewing through a cell door's 'spy hole'. Bread Bin text now has correct item description. Removed code where the game would remove saves after game completion. Kitchen cabinets now has correct word formatting. Player can no longer pass glasses to another character whilst wearing them. keys can no longer be used twice on the same object which would result in cut-scenes re-playing. Push-able bricks should no longer be able to be re-pressed Rings should no longer re-spawn after being placed. Hello everyone, Once again, with the help from amazing player feedback, we have gathered a list of bugs and glitches that have now been addressed with this update. Please find a list of these fixes below: The calendar examine text now shows the correct date as on the calendar itself. The item 'light bulb' now gets removed from the game world when it was in characters inventory. Fixed an error where using the 'glasses' would stop the cabin area from rendering. Bricks now retain correct/saved position upon loading the game. Fixed a bug where some switches on the 'switchboard' could not be interacted with.
