• Update 1.03 - 27 December 2019

  My fellow survivors, as promised before, here's what we've been working on. So, as you probably now, the game was playable but didn't have too many features yet. We're building on that base now and are improving many aspects, while adding completely new ones. The overall experience should be improved, the game looks and feels way better now. With increased population of the world, the game feels more alive and things like horses you can use as mounts, or a generally better AI makes the gameplay more enjoyable. The performance got better and many errors are fixed. We are also already working on our next update focused on adding more longtime motivation for the people who are in for a story, rather than having nothing to do but to hoard resources. • Surprise, we're back! - 19 December 2019

  Hello Friends, this might be a little unexpected and sudden, but here we are, back again, telling you what's happening with "Survive the West", and boy, do we have news for you! So, as you might know, it's been quite some time since our last update and we won't go into too much detail about why that is (for now), but it also means we were able to work on a bigger update. We took months to work on the new features that are coming your way and we hope that you will like them as much as we do. In the next few days we will create a whole new post telling you about what you can expect and also release the update for you to try out. As always, your feedback would be appreciated and help us out in terms of finding out, what you guys miss and think should be changed.   Hello western fighters, We bring in few days our next big update 1.02 out. We reworked the hole main menu, fixed many sound bugs and added many new animals. The update will bring a better saving system and lightning fixes and more. We are working still on the dedicated server system, we will bring the dedicated server system probably in the 1.03 version out, we had many other things to fix that's why we are so late with the dedicated server system. We apologize for the late update of the dedicated server system. We’re working very hard to bring more content out, we are using assets which we need to rework for our game, many things are changed or completely modified, 3D models don't include gameplay mechanics or are not ready to use. • Survive the West is as early access available ! - 22 June 2018

  We are happy to announce the early access release of survive the west. Survive the West is an open world survival game, which is playable with friends and other community members, you can craft your stuff, build up your base, farm resources, fight with other players, loot western places and explore the open world. We want to involve your suggestions and ideas in the game. Feel welcome to comment and communicate with us about the next steps of Survive the West. We will push probably in the next days many updates. We are working right now on a dedicated server system and on a train which is driving around the map. With dedicated servers you can set up your own server and change settings for your own needs. We will set up official servers for the community.
