  Tutorial Fixes Music and flamethrower effects now trigger correctly during the tutorial rehab scene. Music now stops properly after the 3rd test section instead of continuing. Console improvements Fixed up/down arrow history navigation, prevents empty commands from polluting history, and handles history overflow correctly.
