We have made another game! It's only taken us 14 years. BATTLEDROID - answering the question, what if Revenge of the Titans were multiplayer? We've got the beta uploaded to Steam and we've had a small bunch of dedicated beta testers kicking the tyres and helping direct development. Now we just need a bit of financial help to get it over the line and give it the best chance of a launch that it can get. You can join in the BATTLEDROID KICKSTARTER! Pledge as much or as little as you can - every little helps, and you'll be rewarded with beta access and an opportunity to carve out your space in the world before everyone else turns up. Cas :)

- Mac versions working again - 3 July 2019
At some unknown point quite some time ago the Mac versions of all our games stopped working, coinciding with some update or other that was out of our hands. Unfortunately... I don't have a working Mac any more and I certainly can't afford to buy one! So it remained unfixed for a long time. This week, I've fixed it by removing Steam's tendrils from the Mac code, and all is well again. Also, ICYMI, we have a Discord now, which is here. And we're making a new game, the successor to Revenge of the Titans, and it's called Battledroid, but we need your help!

Hey there, Puppyfans! Give Us Your Filthy Cash! So... you want to play something like Revenge of the Titans, but multiplayer in a massive persistent online world, I hear? I have just the game for you... Battledroid. Progress has been made, and all sorts of shiny things have been added - but there is still so much more to do and I can only work on it in the few hours of an evening I get after work. Behold: That's right, I have a real job doing something sucky, and I only get to work on Battledroid in my spare time which is why it's taking so long. If only we had more funding, I could develop this game a whole lot quicker. We only need a paltry pledge of just $1 a month from 5000 fans to make this happen. Can you help?

So, I thought I'd put this out there to Revenge of the Titans fans: The Puppygames Patreon A surprisingly large number of players have asked us about a multiplayer version of Revenge of the Titans. The problem is that when you start solving the individual problems in multiplayer with the game design, you gradually end up, bit by bit, inventing a completely different game. Battledroid is that game. We've already spent over a year on Battledroid but we don't have the funds to finish it - it's going to take us another year. If you'd like to help us out making Battledroid, please spare a buck or two for us every month. Battledroid is a free game and will always be totally free.

The prolific PlayStation porting team at Curve has announced it's bringing yet more PC games over to Sony's systems, in the form of Titan Invasion for PlayStation 4, PS3, and Vita. It's actually a double-pack, containing Puppy Games' arcade shooter Titan Attacks! and its tower defense/RTS sequel Revenge of the Titans .

... and this one's got a few more goodies in it. Firstly and most obviously, it's now got fancypants shader effects in it, which I'll be expanding on a little in another patch. You can turn these off in the Options menu. Secondly, we've added Easy Mode. This is a campaign mode like normal campaign mode but the difficulty is capped at a much lower level for more casual play. Thirdly, we've enhanced Sandbox Mode for those of you that have it. The editor now allows you to specify a lot more detail about spawn points, and also specify exact amounts of each resource available. Check out the new editor options at www.RevengeOfTheTitans.com Fourthly, we've added Research Respec - you can now completely redo your entire research tree, at any time, without penalty. ps. You will notice a little screen flickering going on at the start, which we will soon remove. It's gathering some logging informa…
