Eternals Balance:Weald:Major Blessing: - Missiles increased from 4 (+1 per 30% Bonus Attack Speed) to 4 (+1 per 25% Bonus Attack Speed). - Missile On-Hit Modifier decreased from 50% to 30%. - \ Description now correctly states the correct on-hit modifier at 30% (previously said 100%, when it was 50%).
