• Spiritual Successor to Super Realistic Autocross In-Development - 22 November 2024

  Many of you were sad to see Super Realistic Autocross go, but we had said we would revisit the idea of this game but with a much better look and feel later. That time has come. We are now working on Neon Sliders, a spiritual successor to Super Realistic Autocross. Neon Sliders is a free-roam 80s future racing game that feels like a mix of Need for Speed Underground 2, Burnout 3, Crazy Taxi, and Pod Racing in a synth jam. • Shutting Down Super Realistic Autocross for now. - 17 September 2023

  Hey everyone! Thanks for playing Super Realistic Autocross, but obviously the game was not a success. The quality of the game was not amazing, the racing community wanted it to be more of a sim, and the arcade community thought it didn't have enough action. From that experience we decided to move on to newer projects, and our new game has such a vast quality difference that it is time to take this game down to help build the brand better. We thank you all for playing and racing us on the leaderboards. Please keep the racing passion alive, and hopefully one day we can build a much better racing game for you that appeals to the masses much better. For now, we will be taking Super Realistic Autocross down from the Steam store so it will not be available for purchase.   If you want to chat or race with others, our Discord server is now up. This should help the community bond, help troubleshoot each other, and help each other get faster. • Patch 1.03: Soundtrack, Fixes, Back Button, Cheater Line and more. - 23 June 2019

  Hey Racers! Patch 1.03 is now live and bring a lot of updates. Let me list off what we have done since Phoenix Fan Fusion last month: - Bug Fix for Road Course Leaderboards - Restart button for faster restarts - Back button for track select to go back to car select - Leaderboards working properly on level start - Visual controls for streaming - Save car selection for when you return to main menu - Baked lighting to optimize scenes - Full Controller Support - Options menu to adjust volume, graphics, and try the Cheater Line - Cheater line helps you learn the first 5 tracks if you are having trouble - Soundtrack in game, finally! This is a large quality of live patch that is starting to get Super Realistic Autocross closer to a final release. • Patch 1.02: Steam Leaderboards are Live! - 30 April 2019

  We now have Steam leaderboards for each track and each car! You may notice that some of them say no content right now, but as players drive the tracks it will populate scores on them. What this really means is you can now compete against other players! There are some more features to add for the leaderboards, and UI, but this is significant progress and will add a lot to the game. As we get more feedback we will continue to adapt and grow Super Realistic Autocross.   Patch 1.01 Notes: Just pushed the first patch for Super Realistic Autocross. Here are the changes: - Keyboard and Mouse working - PS4 controller should work - Most controllers should work native - Some steering wheel and pedal function (need to add more usability) Stay tuned for more useful changes in the next few weeks, and a first look at the VR version. • Keyboard and Wheel Function coming in first patch! - 9 April 2019

  Hey Super Realistic Autocross community! We have our first patch in the works that will go live this weekend. The patch will add keyboard and mouse control if you don't have a controller, and also will have the first use of steering wheel and pedals incorporated. We will likely be working to improve the steering wheel portion, but it will be a start. Let me list the priority one tasks that are coming in future patches over the next couple months: - Restart Button (instead of using popup menu) - soundtrack in game - keyboard and mouse functionality (NEXT PATCH) - steering wheel functionality (Partial NEXT PATCH) - menu for cars and tracks in-game - save car place on main-menu - full controller support - Leader Boards There are more tasks that are priority two, and we will be adding to the lists based on user feedback so be sure to drop us a comment or start a discussion in the community…
