• First Update - 12 February 2021

  The first update is complete, below is a list of the improvements. - First hole marker for each course is now larger and spinning. This makes it easier for first time players to find their way through the course. - Oversized golf balls appear throughout the game, these provide a sort of hacky sack, "keep it up" game, play element. A score counter increases once they are in the air, and reset to zero once they touch the ground again. - The sizing of the score counters was adjusted to correspond with a greater number of display resolutions. - General Improvements

• Rocket Golf officially released - End of Early Access - 31 December 2020

  Rocket Golf is now officially available. While the Early Access period went on longer than I had intended, I promise it was for good reason. As I neared the end of beta testing, a few problems remained. One was a very rare physics breaking glitch, the second was a needed game play component allowing players to fast travel. The first issue was resolved and the second was implemented. I cannot say how much I appreciate everyone that reached out during Early Access. Thank you. * Don't hesitate to reach out in the future!

• Rocket Golf LE out now - 18 December 2020

  I am proud to announce that Rocket Golf LE (light edition) is now available as a demo on Steam. The demo includes a small golf course, driving range, an obstacle course and more. Thank You!

• Update 7: Final Major Update - 19 January 2020

  Update 7 is in. 1. Extensive play testing occurred and no known glitches or major errors exist. 2. Options Menu size is larger. 3. Options Menu and score display font is larger. 4. Classic course hole marquee's each display distance from tee to hole. 5. Driving range distances are displayed on the side of the pins. 6. Giant golfballs are now hidden in each course. 7. General Improvements. Thanks to everyone who has gotten in touch with me, many of your recommendations were vital in the completion of this game. I will continue to make additions, improvements and fixes to be implemented in the official game release. Once again, thank you so much to anyone that got in touch with me, your feedback is appreciated.

• 6th Update to Early Access. - 26 December 2019

  6th Update has cleaned things up a bit. 1. All difficulty settings now have their own unique lighting, sky and overall presentation. 2. A way to quickly change the games difficulty has been added to the options menu. This also provides a way to quickly to access any of the driving ranges. 3. Instead of making the players cursor disappear at the games startup, now the player can choose to hide the cursor from the options menu. 4. The Materials/textures used in much of the city course have been updated. 5. A cause to a rare physics breaking glitch was discovered and fixed. 6. two audio tracks were remixed. 7 General improvements.

• Rocket Golf Update 5 - 18 November 2019

  Update 5 is complete Many improvements were made. Before/After Images best display the visual improvements made in the game. 1. The sky was made lighter on all three courses. 2. Terrain textures were updated on the traditional course. 3. Courses on the "hard" setting have been given a unique look, separate from other difficulty settings. 4. The marquee images on the traditional course have been improved. 5. Further color correction. 6. And many more! The Gameplay trailer was also updated to display the game's most recent changes.

• Fourth Update Finished - 19 July 2019

  This is the largest update to date. 1. When playing on easy (large) setting, the player can access a crosshair. I have been back and forth with this addition. I personally feel a crosshair makes the game a bit to easy, however multiple people made the request so it was implemented on the easy setting. 2. Collision is now only applied to the trunk and branches of the willow trees on the traditional course. 3. The Mouse disappears while in the game. 4. Improved options menu and functionality. A more in depth controls explanation can be discovered in the options menu. The annoying pause that occurred when first loading the options menu has been fixed. 5. Boundary colliders that were missing from the moon level are now present, honestly I don't know how I missed that one. 6. Further color correction. 7. Further Optimization. 8. • Summer Sale Discount - 17 June 2019

  Rocket Golf will be discounted 50% during Steam's Summer Sale, starting June 25th. We are aiming to receive one last round of feedback before finalizing the games development.

• Third Update to Early Access - 6 June 2019

  The third update is done. This time its mostly been clean up. 1. The lighting and shadows were altered and improved in many scenes. 2. The audio was altered and improved in two scenes. 3. Platform independent splash images were added to the quality setting screen. There is a new "Course Design" trailer on the Steam Page. This will likely be one of the last updates to Early Access. • Second Update to Early Access - 18 April 2019

  Second round is complete. This time the game gained some interesting additions. 1. A Rocket Ship and a bonus shot on the moon. 2. A maze players must navigate the ball through using precise shots. 3. A series of field goal shots (American Football). 4. A score counter that keeps a courses total score. • First Update to Early Access - 24 February 2019

  I have just finished with the first round of fixes and changes. The Changes are: 1. Courses can now be exited after only playing 9 holes or 18 holes. 2. The hole displays on the classic course are 30% larger. 3. A settings menu has been added where you can invert look, change look sensitivity and mute music. 4. On the easy setting (large), players can now change golf balls to glass for enhanced visibility. Thank you to everyone that got in touch with me.
