Based of suggestion, renamed the Anomaly Explorer into System Survey Manager to reflect better its role. Added the first stage of planetary survey's, but you can expect stages 2 and 3 to come soon as well. This stage can consists of finding: Resource or Credit Caches Bonus infrastructure for Colony Tier 1 techs recovered from crashed vessel Note that this stage of survey is automatically rewarded 1 turn after establishing a colony on the planet, but can also be conducted by landing parties. Fixed an issue where other factions ship could be used to do the survey task. Fixed the action bar icons centre alignment. Changed the multiplier for development +/- buttons to 100/1000/10000 units.
