Added 2 new star chart generation options: Galaxy Age: Young, Average, Old System Size: Small, Medium, Large Galaxy Age skews the generation toward certain biomes, young is toward hotter, old toward colder while average is more balanced in between. System Size adjusts the min and max number of planetary orbits, yielding systems with fever or more planets. Note: This change effects newly made games or of those saves that has a 0 turn.
